Revived Detailing, LLC – Terms & Conditions
When you book online or via phone with Revived Detailing, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been scheduled, you are bound by the terms outlined herein.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, firearms, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any detailing service.
Revived Detailing, LLC will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property including items left inside the vehicle, the vehicle itself, or the location where the service is performed.
All vehicles are serviced at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal detailing and cleaning processes.
Revived Detailing, LLC and its vendors are not responsible for discharged batteries during or after service. Customers should inspect their vehicle after the service is completed to ensure all interior lights, headlights, or accessories are turned off.
We cannot guarantee exact arrival times when accepting bookings.
Service times are estimates only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time depending on size, condition, and requested services.
Revived Detailing, LLC reserves the right to use independent contractors to perform detailing services and may change technicians when necessary without penalty.
While every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings within the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, equipment failure, or staffing issues may cause delays.
Revived Detailing, LLC reserves the right to alter, move, or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or operational needs.
All service requests require verification of the service address, vehicle condition, and selected service package. Services are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Revived Detailing, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
Revived Detailing, LLC reserves the right to refuse work that exceeds the scope of the originally booked service.
Revived Detailing, LLC maintains a zero tolerance policy for verbal abuse, harassment, or physical threats toward staff or contractors. Any such behavior will result in immediate cancellation of service and refusal of future service.
Deposit Policy
All appointments require up to a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the scheduled booking.
Deposits are required to reserve technician time and protect against last-minute cancellations.
If an appointment is canceled more than three (3) days after the original booking date, the deposit will be forfeited.
If the customer wishes to book a new appointment after cancellation, a new deposit will be required.
Debit and credit card payments may be processed through SquareUp.com or UrPay payment processing systems.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling
Customers are allowed one (1) reschedule per appointment without penalty.
If an appointment must be rescheduled more than once, the original deposit will be forfeited to cover the reserved technician time for both missed appointments. A new appointment must then be scheduled with a new deposit.
Cancellations
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If the customer fails to appear for the scheduled appointment or the vehicle is not available for service at the time of arrival, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Pricing Terms & Conditions
Revived Detailing, LLC maintains a minimum service call charge, which may vary depending on location.
Revived Detailing, LLC reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $60 per hour (or portion thereof) for work outside the scope of the originally booked service.
A minimum 20% surcharge may be applied to vehicles with excessive contamination such as pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, mold, or other hazardous materials.
Pricing is based on vehicle type, size, condition, requested services, and location. All prices should be considered “starting at” or “FROM” pricing.
Revived Detailing, LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing during the service if the vehicle condition differs significantly from the description provided at the time of booking.
Online prices do not include applicable local or state taxes where required by law.
Communications
Revived Detailing, LLC may send SMS text messages to confirm appointments, provide technician updates, and request customer feedback after service completion.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Revived Detailing, LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred.
Revived Detailing, LLC may share booking information with technicians responsible for completing your service.
Shared information may include your name, phone number, service address, vehicle information, and requested services.
Revived Detailing, LLC may contact customers by phone for scheduling, confirmations, or customer satisfaction surveys.
Customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
Service Terms & Conditions
Revived Detailing, LLC may ask customers how they heard about the business for marketing analysis.
Customer satisfaction surveys may be conducted following service completion.
A debit or credit card may be required to secure recurring or scheduled bookings.
Revived Detailing, LLC reserves the right to charge the full service amount if the vehicle is unavailable for service and the appointment was not canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
